Fluker was in the 2013 game -- he graduated 2 years ago. Thanks. I had forgotten Fluker was 2013.
So, here is my question then: Of the 98 underclassmen that declared for the 2014 NFL Draft why was Hubbard the only one to get invited to the Senior Bowl? I can't believe that Hubbard was the only one of 98 to get his degree before the Spring semester. I'm guessing the people running the Senior Bowl have something to do with it.
Take a look at graduation rates at some of these schools and that should answer your questions. Plus the top underclassmen are not going to go to the Sr. Bowl anyway. Then some of the others don't declare till mid January which is too late to be added to the Sr. Bowl rosters. Invites start going out in October, guys commit in November, you can't wait till mid January and throw this together.
