De Blasio arrives to be grilled by prosecutors

Mayor Bill de Blasio arrived Friday morning at his lawyer’s Midtown office to be grilled by prosecutors over his campaign fundraising.
De Blasio left Gracie Mansion at 8 a.m. and arrived more than an hour later, around 9:10 a.m., at lawyer Barry H. Berke’s office on Sixth Avenue for the long-anticipated sit-down with US Attorney Preet Bharara.
Hizzoner was driven in a black SUV, which swiftly pulled into a garage on West 46th Street.
The feds have been probing the mayor over whether he and his advisers exchanged favors to donors for contributions to his 2013 campaign and his now-shuttered nonprofit, the Campaign for One New York.
De Blasio spent hours with his lawyer on Wednesday and Thursday preparing for the meet with Preet.
