But but but it was a gun free school zone. All of the laws already on the books didn't stop this tragedy from happening, a man with a gun stopped it. |

What should the FBI have done? If, I know that is a big word for two little letters, the FBI is accurate in their statement. They really cannot arrest the 13 YO on what they list in this announcement. It pains me to defend these asshats but it looks like they investigated and came away with not enough to take it any further. How the hell is anyone to know what someone will do a year from now? It pains me to no end to defend these fucks, but I just do not see where they errored. Again, ASSUMING, the info in the statement is legit. |

Could have arrested him, put him on a watch list, gotten him therapy, expelled him from school, ... I know it wasn't like he took a leisurely walk between the stanchions at the capitol or anything really bad like that but maybe when a disturbed kid says hes going to shoot up a school you take him seriously. The FBI is an embarrassment. The suspect was always "on their radar". |
