or I dunno..."facts" based on "research". The Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University Law School estimates that in Texas alone, for example, the new photo ID requirements could prevent hundreds of thousands of eligible voters from casting a ballot — including a disproportionate number of African-American and Mexican-American citizens. I'd like to meet them. You know, these people that are voting now, but would be unable to vote if an ID would be required. You would have to go slummin'. They aren't at Starbucks.

Then go slumming because the people who would face a difficult hurdle in obtaining an ID to vote, do not vote because registering presents the same level of difficulty to them. In a word, the people do not exists except in the mind of the liberal elite.

Mail in ballots are where the real fraud happens:
BUSTED: Former Colorado Republican Party chairman charged with voter fraud in 2016 election
Tom Boggioni
21 MAR 2017 AT 21:30 ET The former chairman of the Colorado Republican Party has been charged with forgery and voter fraud for forging and using his wife’s mail-in ballot from last year’s election, reports FOX31.
Steven Curtis served as chairman of the state GOP between 1997 to 1999 was initially charged Feb. 1 with one count of forgery of a public record, a fifth-degree felony, and an elections mail-in ballot offense, a misdemeanor. He appeared in court Tuesday morning.
According to the criminal complaint, Curtis tampered with a 2016 General Election mail-in ballot, signing his wife’s name which led to the forgery charge.
Curtis currently works as a radio talk show host and is notable for telling local station KLZ 560 before last year’s election, “It seems to be, and correct me if I’m wrong here, but virtually every case of voter fraud I can remember in my lifetime was committed by Democrats.”
If convicted, Curtis faces a maximum of between 1 and 3 years in jail on the forgery charge and up to 18 months and a $5,000 fine on the misdemeanor fraud charge.

Mexico and Canada have forms of voter ID. India, one of the poorest countries in the world does as well. Make the IDs free or put a photo on their benefit card and allow that as form of ID. Holy fuck that was racist. Assuming they all have benefit cards. The NAACP was busing people to a rally and told them to bring a state issue ID card to get on the bus. I laughed so hard.

Im not surprised. But if Trump makes life better in those blue wall states he won, it wont matter how many illegal votes there are in the liberal coastal cities.

I'd like to see a requirement that you need a state issue ID card to sign up for healthcare. You would hear the howls in China.

Obama let those people in Flint drink poisoned water for almost two years and didn't do shit. Trump gave them 100 million dollars less then two months in and is bringing jobs back to Detroit. If he can help Chicago get its crime/murder rate under control I can see him getting the majority of black votes in 2020. Black people aren't any different then anybody else. They want good schools, jobs, and a government that works FOR them. Just my opinion.

So he basically voted twice? Hardly statistically significant you'd say, right? Probably didn't sway the results at all? Why even waste time addressing it? I know a friend in town who didn't vote for President. I know his address and name and ward. I could probably fairly accurately have forged his signature. I could have voted as him easily and done the same thing Steven Curtis did, just in person. Voter fraud IS an issue. Its a small %, but shouldnt we want the system working as close to perfect as we can? So I ask, why cant we: Fix the absentee ballot issue and clean up the voting rolls, making sure folks are registered in only one state Implement voter ID Address Gerrymandering Fix it all. All at once. It is possible to multi-task.
