If you go to google.com they have a message at the bottom of the screen and it changes daily. Today's is #20PercentCounts. If you click the link it brings up the video below which claims women get 20% less than white men and it is worse for black women. There are differing theories on if/why women make less and I will leave that for discussion here.
I will also give an honorable mention to the vast disparity on how divorced men are treated but that is neither here nor there in this discussion.

One of the worst fallacies spewed by the left. Its been debunked multiple times. Basically they take the total amount of money earned and do not take into account that men and women often work in different fields, different jobs.
Ironically, one of the places there was a wage gap was in Obama's White House.

In general engineering and computer sciences pay more than dance therapy. Men tend to go into more competitive fields, which generally pay more. Women in the same job as men get paid the same. The wage gap is about career choices. Also, men do not take time off to have and raise children. Again, choices. The wage gap being blamed on discrimination against women is a SJW myth.

Also something like men and women in same job - men work on average 44 hours a week while women work the same job on average 36 hours a week. So of course there's a pay difference.

And this is why college athletes will never get paid. Title IX. Alabama would have to pay the women's volleyball team the same as the football team.
