When was the last time the jets drafted a WR who was as productive as Smith was in college? I'm assuming you mean Stewart. I don't know, he was a lot more productive than I expected and, frankly, his stats were probably held back by Alabama being a run heavy offense and Jalen Hurts being an absolute shit show as a passer.

He's a very Saints type of WR. I see him as a slot. A better Jalin Marshall.

I don't think he is tall enough to play on the boundary full time (he's built like a RB), but if he is a decent route runner, he could make a killing in the middle of the field as his YAC ability is impressive. Stewart is a sub package guy. I guess not having a good TE isn't as big of a deal if you have a very good slot receiver.

I watched those same videos -- and as i said in the other thread, Im actually impressed. He's got a lot of grit and natural shimmy in the open field. Plays like Jarvis Landry, but bigger. Not quite the vacuum cleaner that Landry was, but there's similarities.
I've decided i'm glad it was him over Goodwin.

This guy seems like such a character. Carries an axe, when asked about his game says he delivers "awesomeness" and when asked about size says he is 6 foot 7 in cleats.
If he has anywhere near the game to match those quotes he will be fun to watch.

After watching the first two clips he has some problems catching the ball. I counted at least three drops in those two games. He does seem to have some nice burst after the ball is in his hands but almost all of his catches were screens and tosses behind the los. And Jalen Hurts is really really bad, so that doesn't help.

* short, squatty build (looks like a RB)
* he plays faster than his 40 and hits top speed real quick
* YAC machine who runs like Fournette when the balls is in his hands (except he's 40lbs lighter)
* I have no idea what his route running looks like because its Bama
* as Rob noted, he has some drops
* I don't see him as a boundary WR, but I think he will make his living in the middle of the field
* aggressive blocker
* has some Steve Smith to his game as a shorter, physical WR (although not nearly as talented as Smith)
