We can also carry guns. Either open or concealed. Concealed is an 8 hour class and a three day wait. I believe it is why we have very little stranger to stranger crime here. You see folks in Walgreens and Home Depot with them on there belts all the time. I have been over 20 years now and still cannot get used to it.

I was in Charleston the other week watching the Rangers game in a bar with a LEO (not police). He stated that when he talks to anybody in SC, he assumes they are conceal carrying. I think thats a good rule around here. I have a conceal and have been carrying about 10 years now. I rarely carry.. but I can and on occasion I do. |
