While everyone is concerned with Manchester (rightfully so) another situation is playing out right now in the Phillipines. Reports are ISIS is attacking the city.
Been saying for along time that the spread into SE Asia and Africa will make what is going on in the ME look like a children's cartoon. That is where the largest populations are.
