May not be high enough -- we might have to jump the Broncos, which could mean top 5. Well let’s start by not winning today. _ Only road win this season was against the browns. With the only remaining home game being against the Chargers, there is a good chance that the Jets have already seen their final win of 2017.

This is only due to the fact that he knows we will pick to low and do not have the trade capital to get to one or two. I am certain!!!

Seems like Rosen has been dealing with concussion issues all season. Starting to look like a risky pick at the top of the draft. Thoughts?

^ He will likely go #1 to Browns or no worse than #2 to Giants. Not in the cards for Jets.
Mayfield, Jackson, or Allen, on the other hand...

Well I wasn't asking in relation to the Jets but in general. Looks like he suffered two concussions this season, wondering if teams might be gun shy on draft day considering.

If I'm the Browns, I say "Fuck you, we're picking you. Do you want more concussions or risk injury your senior year?" He'll change his tune.

Chiefs are starting Mahomes at QB, resting Alex Smith for that last game versus Denver. And the game is at Mile High or whatever they call it these days.
With that D, Denver stands a good chance at a win, which would bump us up to a #6 pick and put another QB-seeking team behind us.
If by some divine intervention Tampa was to beat the Saints, we'd slide into the #5 all else being equal.......

No Rosen. Dammit. Wanted to see him one more time. _ Crystal ball time.... As an FU from the Browns to Rosen, they swap first round picks with the Jets and take the Jets second round pick from the Seahawks because they want to make Rosen a second class citizen Jet, instead of a Giant. The Browns then swap first round picks with the Giants and throw in their own second round pick. The Browns take Darnold with the second overall pick. The Browns then still have the Jets first round pick and the Jets and Seahawks second round picks, and they load up on skill players to put around Darnold. Depsite the uncharacteristically deft maneuvering by the Browns and Jets, Rosen and Darnold are both out of the NFL within 5 years. Rosen due to concussion syndrome and Darnold because the Browns make him realize he'd rather be surfing. The Giants draft Josh Allen who leads them to 3 Superbowl wins despite an uneven 15 year career. Sounds about right, doesn't it?

I'm wondering if/why Lamar Jackson is not getting more luv around here. Seems like a possibility at this point and has a pretty impressive record, espy post-Heisman. Maybe the guy is just Tyrod Taylor, not Michael Vick.
