I think lung cancer, anxiety unsteadiness and paranoia is a fine tradeoff for limiting symptoms of treating other cancers and HIV such as nausea and vomiting!

For the money? I went to a pot store in Colorado a couple of years ago. (For research purposes only). The lines were literally out the door. However, big difference between recreational and medical use and distribution. I have a friend who set his daughter up in Co. They bought a couple acres and group it. They sell to a distro store. She cannot keep up with the demand. She said the distro place has a safe that is 6x8 and every time she goes it is filled with cash. She was told they empty it twice a fucking day. She is looking for more land. Because it's still illegal on the federal level....many banks won't deal with the dispensaries etc. so they have to keep all the money they make in cash.

I'd argue that alcohol is a bigger gateway drug that pot. After a few drinks inhibitions are down and you're more willing to try something like cocaine, etc.

Some credit unions are accepting marijuana businesses. They are for the most part state regulated, but it still a bit unclear for the unions as far as fed law goes. But that's what the big grow and dispenserary are doing.
