There's no winners here. Dylan Roof, Orlando, now this. Nobody real cares. Not enough to do anything. Thoughts & prayers.. Or about LA, Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, ... Why do you or so many people pretend that these sensationalized shootings where no one (thankfully) even died are worse than places with daily shooting murders?  |

I'm 100% pro 2nd Amendment, but I think there should be a psychiatric evaluation done on everyone who wants the obtain one. Mandatory gun safes for anyone eligible, with a fingerprint lock to open it. I don't think that's asking too much. Background checks yearly and at least one safety/proficiency class every year. The gun owner pays. If you can afford to buy these things you damn well better be able to do the maintenance. Sopne just bought an HKVP9. 700 clams. Don't tell me a few hundred a year is a fucking hardship. |
