He’s starting to look like Nabakov with the automatic goals high glove side. Halak had a shitty night and cost them at least one point. Was kinda vintage Halak though. Isles score, halak allows a softie soon after. |

Matty F'N Barzal. Ironic that Duchene gets traded during the game that Barzal is racking up 5 assists?
Its looking we already have our #2 center, younger and cheaper than Duchene.
Gotta hope and pray that JT sees the yoots improving and a long term future here - with Lee, Bailey, Eberle, Barzal, and Ho Sang, theres some offensive talent here for a few years.

Don’t look now, but the isles PP has vaulted up from last to 9th. Playing a disappointing Edmonton team.
Should be a win, but I would not be surprised if this is a very close hard fought game.

Tough loss but they played a good game overall. To bad Tavares missed Barzal at the end because Barzal is a star in the making. Easily the best rookie I've seen from them over the last 10 years plus.
