The same numbers the orange clown claimed as phony and inflated jobs #s and under-reported unemployment #s are now the magically completely true and 100% accurate numbers you guys are using to support your argument. LOL. Keep drinking the koolaid sheep. And yes, the carmakers number spike contributing to job loss was anticipated... 1,159. What accounts for the extra 3,841 jobs lost disparity from 243K to 248K? Forget what you read.... look around you. What do you see. Help wanted signs are everywhere...... and ..... The major employers can't find skilled workers. Steve JObs told this to Obama many years ago... the department of education and most of our public education dollars go to waste to pay pensions, benefits etc... very little get to the kids. Read up on Zuckerburgs contribution to Newark schools.

How dare they do what every state does for every large company to attract jobs? Do you think that everyone working there paying taxes might help offset that somehow? That the ancillary employment created by all of those workers and construction will help the tax base in the state. Try to understand how economics works rather than spewing talking points. Is giving a tax break to attract business better for American workers than it would be to leave all of the money in China? They are giving away money they weren't going to get to create jobs and therefore get more tax money than they would have had.

How much was Foxconn paying in state tax in Wisconsin before this deal? Did the state lose money on this deal? No, because if they didn't make it Foxconn wouldn't have moved there. I'm just thankful that manufacturers are coming back to the USA.

Exactly what are your qualifications in this area? Other than spewing insults on an internet board? So, let's see. I can formulate an opinion based upon the words of a former Secretary of Labor. Or, I can listen to the ramblings of a bloke named Trades. Here are the words of Reich: Foxconn, the Taiwanese technology giant that supplies gadgets to Apple, Google and Amazon, has agreed to build a factory in Wisconsin. Trump and Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker are crowing about the deal. But one overlooked fact: Wisconsin is offering Foxconn $3 billion in state tax breaks. Foxconn has so far committed to creating 3,000 jobs at the plant by 2020, with an average yearly wage of $53,000. Which means Wisconsin is paying $1 million per job. Not a great deal. Foxconn says the number of jobs has the “potential to grow” to 13,000. That seems doubtful but even assuming the number does grow to 13,000 jobs, Wisconsin will be paying about $230,700 for each. Still not a terrific deal. Ive pretty much had it with this place. You, and your ilk can continue to blow one another while hoping to lick Trumps balls. Cheers.

Wisconsin isn't GIVING any money away. They are agreeing to not get $3 billion in taxes that they wouldn't have gotten anyway in lieu of getting jobs, I read between 3000 and 22000 at Foxconn and then all of the supporting jobs that having that many new employees would entail. They also feel that supporting companies, workers and construction will add more jobs and additional tax revenue that they wouldn't have had either so it is a net gain unless you are going to complain about the money that they never had in the first place. so it isn't costing Wisconsin any money to lure the jobs there.
