Another slow offseason, so I've been watching some college tape. This kid is absolutely amazing for a 300lber at only 18 years old. It's also looking like a strong 2018 OT class, so those tapes are next on the menu.
Anyone have any thoughts on this Oliver kid? I apologize for the highlight video and shitty music beforehand.

Adams, McGlinchey, Brown, among others will headline a stacked LT class next year along with the QB's. I only hope Mac doesn't have the keys to the car and Bowles is long gone.

Haven't watched any tape on him, but I love Oliver. The guy just jumps off the screen when you watch Houston play.

I agree, but he's going to be special at the three tech(under tackle). If he came out this year as a true 18 year old he would have been a top 5 pick.....easily. |

A laughed out loud at one point when I reminded this was in one season... freshman. He could play on anyone's defense. |

He could play on anyone's defense. He's a 4-3 under tackle everyday of the week even being a true freshman. He'll measure short, but combine day he is going too blow it up in the agility drills. I mean blow it up because his athleticism is off the charts and he also has the motor. Just watch our Jets draft him and play him like Richardson.....who is another true 4-3 under tech. A true freshman and Lamar Miller said he was the toughest player he went against last year.....an 18 yo nose guard. |
