Amazon is building many warehouses, which puts people to work. And once they're built, they hire people to staff them. Amazon is creating jobs.

To make sure that this is an American Dream, one of every 4 Amazon Warehouse walls should be the Mexican Border Wall...put Customs on the roof and charge bexos for the added security. Making it great again

oMG Bezos would then corner the black market drug trade. This guy never loses! Bezos is a scumbag. Buys the Washington Post so he can have his minions shit all over Trump. Guy gets zero respect from me until he starts donating billions of his own money to charities like Gates. Shit, Gates has given away $30B+ and he's still worth more than Bezos. Edit: and being the richest person in the world is all Bezos cares about. He was for a few minutes last week. Asshat.

He was hyperventilating about Space Travel(Space Exploration lite?) on some show. I did want to strangle him; interesting tidbits you share

I'm no twit expert, but I hear it's only 140 characters, and I'm fairly certain without actually counting that that is more than 140 characters. #fakenews

He obviously wrote it on Word or something then posted it as a picture or something. It's in the article www.nytimes.com/2017/06/15/technology/jeff-bezos-amazon-twitter-charity.htmlAnyways, not trying to defend the dude. He probably sees philanthropy as a way to one up guys like Buffet and Gates. He'll try and do it differently and better because it's a competition.

Hahaha. He says WaPo is contributing to society in its own way. It certainly is.
He should use his money and encourage his merchants to make their products in the USA. One argument that conservative fail to make that infuriates me is that Made in America is about environmentally friendly as you can get. The amount of pollution created by factories in other countries combined with the cargo ships used for shipping across the oceans is massive.

People are going to have to learn new skills and keep up.

And thus my original point, should a Republican (which used to stand for small government and the free market) President be targeting companies like that just because he's butt hurt over their relationship with the WaPo? Amazing how much power a tweet can carry. That's a good article though... I had forgotten it was a long term vendetta against Bezos and Amazon. Now thats just funny... and sad. The average Joe is going to believe the tweet, accurate or not. Much like the tweet the other day that sent the stock price plummeting. And the whole threatening an internet tax thing. Oh boy. Ironically "The Post has enjoyed a surge in traffic under President Trump, serving more than 1 billion pageviews in May 2017 alone."
