Anyone watching this WV / Va Tech game? Best game of the season so far. Can't imagine it's better than UCLA v A&M WTF I missed the first half of both games so I went with the WV/VaTech game. Sounds like Rosen is the chosen one.

I will watch it in the AM. Stuck with UCLA despite what appeared to be a blowout just to watch Rosen. He got lucky on a couple of throws, but still a great comeback.

Incredible. Rosen throws 4 TD passes in the 4th quarter to lead UCLA back from 44-10 down to win 45-44. I will take Rosen, please. Although I reserve the right to change my mind next week. Any doubt i was secretly harboring just got blown out of the water tonight. That was special. Yea, there was few lucky breaks, but that was Miracle in the Meadowlands 2.0

One of the best comebacks ever and I missed it all. Also how bad is a Sumlin led defense....most overrated coach in FBS.

Especially after getting beaten up the whole night. Rallying the team back was incredible. Not quite sure what Sumlin was thinking, abandoning the running game with the late lead and letting the freshman QB throw it around in the 4th quarter. He opened the door for Rosen, but what a great performance . I love college football

That was CLUTCH franchise material.

Really nice performance by Rosen tonight. He had a rough first half and got knocked down a lot, but it takes balls to make a come back like that after they have been kicking your ass all day. As others said, he got a couple of lucky breaks with some of his throws, but his ball placement was excellent in the second half.

Aside from the QB play, I watched clips of Nick Chubb against App State. He looked pretty explosive, pre knee injury version.

I was a bit concerned because I thought he looked slow and indecisive early in the game, but he looked much more like his pre-injury self as the game wore on. Also had a couple of nice blocks in blitz pick up. Although we may have lost our QB, Eason, to a knee injury, but I liked what I saw out of the freshman, Fromm when he came in. Aside from size and a big arm, I don't much care for what I have seen out of Eason anyway.

That was some performance by Rosen. As others have noted, he was getting killed all night back there and still hung in there, UCLA was also implementing a new offense which led to a lot of the mis-communications on the O line IMO. Also, Sumlin should be shown the door ASAP. That was as bad of a coaching job as you can get right there. If Rosen builds off this win and stays healthy all year he will be in that top 2 discussion all year. It still amazes me though how Mora can not recruit better offensive talent at UCLA. USC kills them every year in the recruiting battle of L.A. Anyway, when it is all said and done I think this is going to be a similar situation as the Winston/Mariota year. A clear 1 and 2 and then a drop off to the next 3 guys.

Also, Ronald Jones, USC RB is really good. Watch that kid run, he's legit.

I sure hope its the Winston/Mariota sweepstakes and not the Manning/Leaf variety. The stakes are too high to be picking between HOF and Worst ever.

If you are a betting man, taking the 5 points tonight in the Clemson/Auburn game could be a good bet. I'm not sold at all on Kelly Bryant at QB for CU. He isn't nearly the passer that Watson was, or even Boyd was. Auburn defense held Watson and the offense in check last year and Clemson won a tight low scoring game, this year I can see them coming in and beating Clemson straight up. Hope I'm wrong because with the injury to FSU's QB, a win tonight could clear the way to another playoff appearance.

Glad I was wrong about the Clemson game, still not loving Bryant at QB but that CU defense was outstanding last night. Does Gus Malzahn ever learn? His red zone play calling is so predictable and conservative, you could tell Venables knew exactly what was coming.
Anyway, CU should have their hands full next week in Louisville. Going to need to score way more than 14 to win next week.

Tuned into the UCLA-Memphis game to check out Rosen, but came away really impressed with Memphis WR Anthony Miller. Guy knows how to create separation and showed great hands. I believe he's a senior, any idea what his draft projection is?
