I stayed up to watch the UCLA/Stanford game. Jim Mora needs to go, and David Shaw finally realized that K.J. Costello should be his starting QB. Costello is just so much better than Chryst. Rosen threw the ball 60 times...Lol. He is getting beat up by a bad O line, but he keeps his footwork and fundamentals are still good. He gets the ball out fast when he needs to and avoids the first wave of pass rush pretty well. I doubt he makes it through this season without injury though, with that O line and having to throw 60 times in a game, it just doesn't look good for him. Agreed. I just don't see Rosen coming back for his senior year with the way he is getting beat up back there.

I've watched a lot of Virginia Tech this year and their defense is pretty good. I doubt Clemson will be able to run the ball at all tonight and it's going to be on Kelly Bryant's shoulders. Not liking that at all. He's just not ready for that responsibility, not a good spot for CU tonight.

Hopefully it's another close one, but in the end I still see Clemson walking away with the win. You can always count on Bud Foster fielding a quality defense, but Josh Jackson has been a HUGE surprise behind center. Fuente has done a great job getting the program back on track after the last 2-3 years of Beamer's reign.

VaTech almost beat CU last year in ACC Championship game, Tech is better this year and CU isn't as good as last year. I don't have any confidence in Bryant throwing the ball around the field and having to win this game with his arm.

Love what I am seeing out of my Dawgs this year. 41-0 over Tennessee in Knoxville this afternoon.
Kirby Smart has really reshaped that program -- defense is just flying around and making plays each week. 3 points allowed total in 2 SEC wins. Not sure what happens if we fall behind and need a QB to make some plays to bring us back, but with our running game and defense we are not likely to give up many leads.

He is getting it done, but if they ever need him to put the team on his back and win it with his arm, I do not see that happening.

Dawgs win. Gators lose. Makes for a pretty good Saturday. my first true college football love was Herschel Walker. He mesmerized this kid with his unGodly talent. I dreamed of a Freeman McNeil/Walker backfield.

I dreamed of a Freeman McNeil/Walker backfield. I was not a Dawg yet back then -- so I was never that big a Walker fan. I went down there during the Garrison Hearst era.
