Hopefully Boomer didn't get caught up in any of the scheme. Boomers OK in my book, even though he sucked as a jet. But pretty much everyone does. So there's that. First half of this Boomer sounds genuinely upset. Agreed. I think Boomer knew he was dealing with a volatile idiot, but it worked for the show and allowed Boomer to be Boomer. I also think Craig was smart enough to keep Boomer out of whatever shenanigans he was up to. What I still cant get over is that that fucking moron Carton has 4 young kids. |

Dude flushed it all down the toilet, got paid 250K to sit on his ass and talk sports for a few hours. 250 doesnt go far in Manhattan, especially with four kids and a wife that doesnt work. Carton always fancied himself as a gambling expert and he actually told guys on air that if they fronted him cash he would double it playing blackjack (a few years ago iffin I remember). I bet his arrogance pushed him into bets he couldnt cover and the slippery slope got steeper fast. Either way, huge fucken dope. |

Im hearing that he wrote in his autobiography (and yes, this joker has an autobiography apparently) that he learned at a young age that casino gambling could make him money - he used to have kids over to his parents house to gamble, and would get both cash and goods (when kids didnt have money). Apparently got busted when he won some kids new baseball glove and the parents complained. So he had the gambling bug from early on. He's apparently cocky, arrogant, and felt he couldn't lose. Oh well, game over man.
