Yeah, I admire her for her tenacity, but I'd be scared as sh*t of her, she seems to be bat-sh*t crazy. I wouldnt want to be around her to even think I crossed her. Is it ironic that I googled her because I couldn't remember her face, then found nudes, then a sextape? I think she had a brief period where she sported a rockin bod and an acceptable face to go with a bad-girl type rep, but from what Ive seen lately, she's morphed into Sinead OConnor. |

She blew him off and went to the cops and they wired her up for her meeting with Harvey the next day. The cop said it was pretty open and shut for a misdemeanor conviction but the Manhattan DA wouldn't prosecute. It was Cy Vance, who had received thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from Weinstein. Her background was a little sketchy but still. The cops didnt take money after Weinstein was left off the hook, Vance did. Involving the Manhattan D.A. from the onset would have done nothing but ensure that that tape wouldnt exist at all as they would have effectively run interference from the beginning instead of only when confronted with a cooperating victim and a tape wherein the perp. admits guilt and apologizes. Saying the cops didnt prove intent is patently disingenuous and deflecting from their unwillingness to go forward with the case. Let Weinsteins lawyer debate the criminal intent element in court. |
