Don't know who the fuck Calloway is but as far as I'm concerned, Managers don't get shit done on the baseball diamond, THE PLAYERS DO.
We could've had Joe Torre as Mets Manager but if he had to contend with the garbage we've had, he wouldn't be known as a great manager either.

Never a huge fan of Girardi but the whole way the Yanks handled this reeks of dooshbaggery and cunty-ness. Managing style aside, he's been nothing less than a model citizen and family man. This is the same guy who pulled over to help a stranded motorist the night the Yanks won the '09 WS. He's clearly stated several times he hadnt made up his mind whether to stay on dependent on his families input.
I understand the Yankees may have had issues with the way he's handled young players...and even the decision to part ways..but why not let him save face and say he was leaving on his own? Instead, that sawed-off Cunt Cashman...the same guy who got caught cheating on his wife because the crazy b*tch tried to blackmail him...basically fired him, and now is badmouthing him to the press..while the guy is looking for another job?
Heard Girardi on with Fatcessa yesterday and he was nothing but complimentary to Cashman and the Yanks while still admitting he was surprised he wasnt kept on. Bunch of cunts, and I'm a Yankee fan. Vindictive weasally machinations. Now they are looking for a Cashman yes man to manage? How do you control a lockeroom full of young ego's when they know you are merely a puppet for the suits?
The arrogance kills me.
