A guy named Dick who was well known for his signature catchphrases such as “Touch ’em all” and “Oh my!”.
Cant make it up.

Definitely one of the voices that make up my memories around various sports. Always liked him. But if I'm honest, I started to really hate his "oh my" call. Anyway, go fuck yourself in the afterlife.

Supposedly he thought the Jets 51-45 game vs the Fish one of the greatest games he ever announced.

Supposedly he thought the Jets 51-45 game vs the Fish one of the greatest games he ever announced. And now look at him. Crossfire should be commissioned to fashion a "FUck the Jets" type decal that when we die without a another Jets SB victory since '69..every one of us should have our coffins festooned with them. If Cross is quick enough, I will festoon Enberg's coffin myself so that fuck the Jets will live in the ground with him forever.

Supposedly he thought the Jets 51-45 game vs the Fish one of the greatest games he ever announced. Loved and will miss Enberg. He always seemed to be announcing Jets games in the 1980s when I was a kid. Then, we seemed to get him again for a lot more games a few years ago. He was a great announcer and is a million times better than the crap announcing today. Classic.
