YUMA, AZ (KVOA) – A 29-year old undocumented immigrant previously removed from the U.S. after convictions for child exploitation and maintaining child pornography has been arrested again.

Wellton Station Border Patrol agents patrolling near Gila Bend Wednesday arrested three undocumented immigrants from Mexico.

One of them was Esau Rios-Osorio, who had been convicted in New Jersey.

Agents are processing all three men for immigration violations, in accordance with Yuma Sector guidelines.

RALEIGH, NC (WRAL) – Two men who led police on a high-speed chase Friday night on Interstate 540 in north Raleigh will finish the night in custody.

Authorities said the pair jumped from their vehicle and ran at Brier Creek shopping center and were tracked down by K9 officers before their arrest.

The men were driving a 2007 silver Lexus SUV.

Witnesses reported more than a dozen police cars involved in the chase at speeds of up to 100 mph.

Luis Emilio Morales, 28, of Durham, and Agustin Damien, 41, of Haverhill, Mass., fled when a Wake County deputy attempted to pull them over for a traffic violation on Capital Boulevard at Buffalo Road at about 8 p.m. They led deputies on the chase across Wake County on I-540, and it ended on an embankment along Glenwood Avenue at Brier Creek Parkway.

Their SUV had to be towed, and a search found 2.5 grams of marijuana inside.

ILLEGAL ALIEN SOLD LSD AND COCAINE TO UNDERCOVER OFFICER

RALEIGH, NC (The News & Observer) – A Raleigh man accused of selling drugs to the same undercover police officer three times in less than a week is facing several charges.

Tomas Aguayo-Moreno, 25, was charged by Wake County sheriff’s deputies with eight counts of trafficking in LSD, one count of trafficking in cocaine, three counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for drug purposes, felony marijuana possession and one count each of cocaine possession, cocaine sale and cocaine delivery.

Aguayo-Moreno was arrested about 5 p.m. Tuesday when deputies stopped his black Audi on New Bern Avenue in east Raleigh. Deputies say they stopped the car after Aguayo-Moreno sold between 500 and 1,000 doses of LSD to the undercover officer.

They also accused Aguayo-Moreno of having at least 28 grams of cocaine and a little more than a half-pound of marijuana, and of using his apartment on Conifer Drive in west Raleigh to keep and sell cocaine and marijuana.

About two hours after Aguayo-Moreno was booked into the Wake County Detention Center, deputies also charged him with selling between 100 and 500 LSD doses to the same undercover officer last Friday and selling cocaine to the officer two days earlier.

On Nov. 30, a Vance County judge gave Aguayo-Moreno a suspended sentence and 18 months’ probation for keeping a vehicle or residence for drug purposes. The charges that led to the probation sentence were in April.

Aguayo-Moreno also had misdemeanor drug convictions in Orange County in 2013.

He was driving a Kia with Florida license plates last week, according to arrest warrants.

Magistrates set Aguayo-Moreno’s bail on the Wake County charges at $900,000.

UBER DRIVER FROM NEPAL RAPED FEMALE PASSENGER
MARCH 22, 2018

BOSTON (AP) — An Uber driver charged with raping a female passenger has been held on $10,000 bail.

Ranjan Thapa pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Monday.

Boston police say the 26-year-old Thapa, of Everett, was pulled over by Northeastern University police at about 1 a.m. Sunday.

University police noticed that his passenger appeared to be in distress and may have been a victim of sexual assault, so they summoned city police.

The woman was taken to the hospital and after an investigation, police arrested Thapa.

Thapa’s family said they were shocked by the allegations and described him as a full-time student who worked two jobs.

His lawyer said the sexual encounter was consensual.

Uber called the allegations “deeply troubling” and said Thapa is no longer driving for the company.

DAVIE, FL (CBS Miami) – New technology helped Davie police crack a seven-year-old sexual battery cold case.

Hugo Giron-Polanco, 38, was taken into custody Thursday after detectives compared a voluntary DNA sample to one taken from the victim when the attack happened.

Police say she was walking in the west end of Robbins Park when a man jumped out, grabbed her, and pulled her shirt over her head in November 2010. The woman said when she struggled to break free, the man repeatedly punched her in the head as he dragged her down a path. She said she was able to see him holding a screwdriver pointed at her abdomen.

She said at one point he threw her down on the ground and removed her pants, and underwear, and sexually battered her.

At the time there was no DNA hit and Florida’s first “John Doe” warrant was filed.

The DNA was recently submitted to a private company for analysis that provided a sketch based on the sample’s profile. Detectives said that new technology led them to find their suspect.

“That information was given to detectives that canvassed the area. They located this individual that matched the analysis that was given to them. That individual consented to giving his DNA and that DNA came back as a match,” said Det. Mark Leone.

Police say Giron-Polanco is in the U.S. illegally. U.S. Border Patrol has placed him on a hold.

OCOTILLO, CA – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the El Centro station arrested a previously deported sex offender near Ocotillo on Sunday night.

At approximately 8 p.m., agents tracked a man north from the International Border approximately 24 miles west of the Calexico Port of Entry. Agents apprehended the man and determined that he was illegally present in the United States. The man was placed under arrest and transported to the El Centro Station for further processing.

Agents conducted record checks and identified the man as Javier Reyes-Gomez. The man had three felony conviction for sexual acts performed on a minor; to include, Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child under 14, which he was sentenced to 56 months in jail. Furthermore, record checks revealed Gomez subsequently was ordered removed by an Immigration Judge on Mar. 2, 2002.

“This offender victimized children in Riverside, a community not very close to the border many miles from the border,” said Assistant Chief Patrol Agent David S. Kim. “I think this is a good example of how border security efforts and the actions of the U.S. Border Patrol impact communities not traditionally associated with the border. This serious criminal will not get a chance to return to Riverside and potentially victimize anyone else.”

Gomez, a 28-year-old Mexican citizen, will be prosecuted for Re-Entry-After-Removal as a convicted sex offender.

ILLEGAL ALIEN SUFFOCATED HER OWN BABY DAUGHTER
DECEMBER 26, 2017

HIDALGO COUNTY, TX (KGBT) – A 34-year-old Mercedes woman was charged Sunday after investigators say she admitted suffocating her one-month-old daughter, according to a news release from the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office.

Maria Guadalupe Cardenas, 34, was charged with capital murder, a capital offense.

Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office dispatchers received a call Saturday from a woman — later identified as Cardenas — who said she had just killed her infant, according to the news release.

At about 1:24 p.m., deputies responded to a Mercedes home on Mile 9 North east of Mile 1 East in reference to the call.

Deputies met with Cardenas, who said she killed her baby. During an investigation of the home, deputies found the body of an unresponsive female newborn and secured the scene, according to the news release.

Justice of the Peace Jesus Morales pronounced the infant dead and ordered an autopsy. Evidence from the scene was recovered by Hidalgo County crime scene specialists.

Investigators arrested Cardenas after she reportedly admitted to suffocating her one-month-old daughter.

Cardenas, who resides in the U.S. illegally, could face deportation. Justice of the Peace Robert “Bobby” Contreras tells CBS 4 News Cardenas’ husband is currently in Monterrey.

Bond was set at $1 million. Cardenas remains at the Hidalgo County jail.

‘DREAMER’ WANTED FOR KILLING 16-YEAR-OLD IN HIGH-SPEED CRASH
DECEMBER 24, 2017

THOMASVILLE, NC (Fox News 8) – The driver in a high-speed street race in Thomasville that resulted in the death of a 16-year-old passenger has been charged.

Luis Genaro Reyes Rodriguez, 21, of Thomasville, faces charges of manslaughter, speed competition, careless and reckless operation, speeding, no operator’s license and larceny.

Rodriguez was driving a 2005 Infiniti G35 that crashed in the 600 block of Randolph Street Sunday morning, according to a Thomasville police press release. The wreck resulted in the death of 16-year-old Marco Antonio Escamilla.

The Infiniti reached speeds of 80 mph in a 35 zone and had been engaged in a “speed competition” with an unknown make and model, white passenger vehicle. Police are looking for the driver of that vehicle.

In addition to Escamilla, three other people were inside the Infiniti when it crashed: Rodriguez, of Thomasville; 17-year-old Orlando Santillan, of Thomasville and 17-year-old Estafany Gabriella Martinez, of Thomasville.

Rodriguez, Santillan and Martinez sustained moderate injuries from the crash and were treated and released from Thomasville Medical Center.

Escamilla sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Escamilla was a student at Ledford High School, according to a news release from the school.

INDIAN NATIONAL LIED ABOUT BEING A DOCTOR, SAW PATIENTS AT CLINIC IN VIRGINIA
DECEMBER 24, 2017

KANSAS CITY, MO (KSHB) – A Virginia man was arrested in Johnson County, Kansas for allegedly posing as a doctor.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of Virginia, 30-year-old Vishal Patel used identification details of real doctors to pose as one for online job applications.

Prosecutors say Patel obtained this information by posing as a real doctor and contacting several oversight agencies. He told those groups to change the doctors’ records so it would appear those records would be associated with Patel.

Along with using those details, prosecutors say Patel also created fake degrees and certificates to try to prove his education.

This scheme allegedly allowed Patel to work as an independent contractor at medical staffing companies and at a free clinic in Newport News, Va. During his time at that clinic, investigators say Patel saw around two dozen patients.

According to court documents, the clinic then fired Patel when they could not verify his credentials.

Prosecutors charged Patel with wire fraud, furnishing false information in a DEA record, mail fraud and aggravated identity theft. According to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s office, if convicted, he faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, CA (The Eureka Times-Standard) – The man suspected of shooting a three-year Humboldt County sheriff’s deputy in the left shoulder with a 12-gauge shotgun at a Ferndale dairy farm early Sunday morning was a Mexican national here illegally who was previously deported in 2015, according to Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal.

At a press conference Monday morning, Honsal said both the injured deputy, whose name is not being released at this time, and the suspect Hugo Parral-Aguirre, 30, are in stable condition and are no longer in the hospital. Hugo had three gunshot wounds after two deputies returned fire, Honsal said.

Honsal said the outcome was “very lucky” because the female deputy who was shot could have been killed if the shot had struck her a few inches away.

This is the second law enforcement officer who was shot this year in Humboldt County. Humboldt State University police officer Louis Altic was wounded by a gunshot on Sept. 9 at the Arcata Plaza by suspect Ervin Eugene Sweat Jr., who was killed when officers returned fire, according to previous information from the Arcata Police Department.

“It has become a very, very violent place and we see it out in the hills, we see it in our communities,” Honsal said Monday. “We are not immune to it because we wear a uniform. It’s very disturbing to me that, again, that this is a deputy sheriff who was there to investigate, to help people. And instead of someone giving up they decide to shoot it out with law enforcement.”

Sunday’s incident began shortly after midnight after a neighbor reported a dispute between two men on the 700 block of Coppini Lane in Ferndale, Honsal said. A deputy and a sheriff’s sergeant arrived on scene shortly before 12:50 a.m. in marked vehicles and approached a small barn-like structure on the property, according to Honsal. A woman then ran out of the door of the residence saying she had been held against her will by Parral-Aguirre, who was allegedly trespassing, Honsal said. Investigators later learned that Parral-Aguirre had allegedly attempted to shoot the woman’s boyfriend earlier that evening, according to Honsal.

Honsal said the boyfriend was uninjured and was at the scene. Honsal said the nature of the dispute between the boyfriend and Parral-Aguirre is still under investigation.

The woman also told deputies at the scene that Parral-Aguirre was armed, prompting both the deputy and sergeant to pull out their guns when they saw Parral-Aguirre in the barn, Honsal said. After both ordered Parral-Aguirre to drop his weapon, the suspect allegedly fired one round from a 12-gauge shotgun, striking the deputy in her left shoulder above her bullet-proof vest, according to Honsal. Both the deputy and sergeant returned fire while finding cover for both themselves and the woman at the scene, Honsal said. Parral-Aguirre was shot three times during the exchange of gunfire, Honsal said.

Officers from the Eureka, Arcata, Rio Dell, Ferndale, and Humboldt State University police departments along with the California Highway Patrol and California Department of Fish and Wildlife responded to the scene after the deputies requested aid. The injured deputy was taken to St. Joseph hospital by ambulance as the sheriff’s office SWAT team searched for Parral-Aguirre.

SWAT officers found Parral-Aguirre on a bed in the bottom floor of the residence at about 4 a.m.

Parral-Aguirre refused orders in both Spanish and English and resisted arrest when the SWAT team entered the residence, Honsal said.

Parral-Aguirre’s gunshot wounds were not life-threatening and he was booked in the jail after being treated at St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka, according to Honsal.

Honsal said Parral-Aguirre is suspected of felony attempted murder of a peace officer and false imprisonment charges. The Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office must file any criminal charges by Wednesday.

Parral-Aguirre was not employed at the dairy where the shooting took place and has family in the Ferndale area, Honsal said.

Parral-Aguirre had previously been arrested by the sheriff’s office on suspicion of battery in 2008, and had been transferred to a federal prison for entering the country illegally before voluntarily returning to Mexico, according to Honsal.

Honsal said Parral-Aguirre had also been deported by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency in 2015, but Honsal did not have information on when he had returned to the U.S.

Honsal said state law would prevent his office from honoring a request by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to hold Parral-Aguirre, stating that it will be up to the agency to file a warrant to arrest him on suspicion of illegal immigration.

“Once there is a holding order by the superior court for these felony charges, he is eligible to be turned over to ICE at that time,” Honsal said. “But we’re not focused on that. We’re focused on our criminal charges here and proving those criminal charges in our county.”

Whether Parral-Aguirre was under the influence or experiencing a mental health crisis is still under investigation, Honsal said.

“I don’t believe someone is in their right mind if they shoot at a deputy sheriff, but you never know the motive,” Honsal said. “You never know the motive. People do not like the fact that we wear the uniform and that just could be the motive.”

GUATEMALAN ‘MIGRANT’ CHARGED WITH MOLESTING WOMAN ON NEW YORK SUBWAY

New York City, NY (The New York Post) – A Queens deacon and married father of two is accused of the cardinal sin of lust — but his wife says her husband is innocent and the accuser is animated by greed.

Police arrested 55-year-old Jaime Pinzon, an ordained deacon at the St. Joan of Arc parish in Jackson Heights, on charges that he molested a 27-year-old woman on an F Train near West 47th Street and Avenue of the Americas around 9:30 a.m. Dec. 12, court records show.

The woman told cops she tried to move away from the stranger but that he continued to press his hand against her crotch, police sources said.

She was able to take cellphone photos of the man and even followed him when he got off the train at Herald Square, where she took another shot. Cops disseminated the photos, and the public helped identify Pinzon.

But Pinzon’s wife, Elma, said her husband is innocent and that they were devastated to learn about the accusations after a member of their church community saw Pinzon’s photo on the news and texted her.

“I was shocked, of course,” she told The Post by phone Monday. “Thursday night it appeared on the news. Somebody sent us pictures. Everybody in our community started to call because my husband has 30 years serving in the church as a good person, honorable person.”

Elma said Jaime was on his way to work when the stranger accosted him and accused him of groping her. Jaime told Elma about it when he got home later, the wife said.

“My husband that night told me about a story that this lady came to approach him and say that he did something to her,” she said. “So he told me this story and I thought maybe it was a sick, mental-illness person. I told my husband, ‘Don’t worry about it, nothing will come of it.’”

Elma couldn’t explain why the woman would falsely accuse her husband.

“We don’t know what the lady wants — maybe she wants money,” she said.

The wife claimed her hubby turned himself in to police after his photo was put on blast, but law enforcement sources say they brought him in.

“We talked to him and he was going to turn himself in,” a police source said. “He didn’t. So we scooped him up at home.”

Jaime was arrested Dec. 15 at his home on 79th Street in Queens, sources said.

He was charged with two counts of forcible touching and one count of sex abuse in the third degree, court records show.

He was released without bail and is due back in court Feb. 15.

Jaime, who was ordained in 2013, is a father of two and an architect by trade who originally hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala, according to an article about his ordination published by the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens. He and Elma have lived in the US for about a decade, she said.

“His faculties as a deacon have been suspended and he will not be ministering pending the resolution of this charge,” diocesan spokeswoman Carolyn Erstad told The Post. “An announcement was made during Saturday and Sunday Masses at Pinzone’s [sic] parish informing parishioners of the situation.”

Parishioner Melanie Abel-bey said she found the allegations “shocking” but lauded the church for removing Pinzon.

“I think with the Catholic Church being scrutinized, they don’t want to get criticized that they’re trying to protect someone that is a potential predator,” she said.

SHALLOTTE, NC (The Star News) – An Ash man is charged in a fatal wreck near Shallotte on Friday.

Efren Ramos Hernandez, 33, is charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and driving without a license.

According to the State Highway Patrol, about 6:15 p.m. Friday Hernandez – driving a Volkswagen sedan — ran a stop sign from Ash Little River Road onto N.C. 130, crossing into the path a westbound Kia SUV driven by Anne Denning Myers of Ridgefield.

The impact sent the Volkswagen off the road to the left where it struck a ditch, a utility pole and a tree, said First. Sgt. M.W. King.

Leslie Arteaga, 27, a passenger in the Volkswagen was killed. Arteaga and Hernandez share an address in Ash, but their relationship was not clear.

Let us re-examine why so many illegal aliens from Mexico prey on our children…

Throughout the majority of Mexico’s 32 states, the age of sexual consent is merely 12 years of age. In addition to Mexico City, the age of consent is 12 in the following Mexican states: Aquascalientes, Baja California Sur, Campeche, Chiapas, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Michoacan, Morelos, Oaxaca, Puebla, Queretaro, Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosi, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tabasco, and Tamaulipas.

The age of consent is 15 in Mexico State, 13 in Yucatan and Zacatecas. The age of consent is actually listed as “puberty” in Nayarit and 14 in the seven remaining Mexican states.
Unfortunately, the culture of having sex with young girls is then carried with many Mexican men as they cross into this country (illegally).

Article 261 of Mexico’s Federal Criminal Code states: “Whoever, without the purpose of reaching copulation, performs a sexual act on a person under 12 or on a person that has no capacity of understanding the meaning of the act or that for any reason cannot resist, or demands that the act is performed, will be punished with a term of 2 to 5 years in prison.”

Why are the numbers down in North Carolina?

On October 29, 2015, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory signed into law House Bill 318, known as the Protect North Carolina Workers Act, which banned cities and counties across the state from enacting so-called “sanctuary policies” to shield illegal aliens from deportation after being apprehended for other crimes.

At the signing ceremony, then-Gov. McCrory said: “Today, North Carolina is standing up for the rule of law, which is central to North Carolina values and our country’s values. Public safety officials must have the flexibility and tools to investigate crimes and sanctuary city policies that deprive law enforcement of those tools.”

Local authorities in North Carolina can no longer prevent their law enforcement officers from inquiring into a suspect’s immigration status. These localities can no longer prevent sheriff’s departments from reporting illegal aliens to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), for deportation, as well.
However, in May 2016, The Charlotte Observer reported:

…according to a news release from Senate leader Phil Berger’s office, “several law enforcement officials have contacted lawmakers to raise concern that some local governments are not complying with the law.”

Of course, with the 2016 election of Democrat Roy Cooper as governor of North Carolina, the citizens of the Tarheel State may see Cooper attempt to roll-back the work the state legislature and former Gov. Pat McCrory accomplished in order to protect the state from criminal aliens.

In conclusion, the struggle will continue, and as in any invasion, the innocent children are always the ones who suffer most.

HIDALGO COUNTY, TX (CBS 4 News) – The Harlingen Fugitive Operations Unit arrested a Mexican man with cocaine, drunken driving and burglary convictions Monday in San Juan.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Leonardo Pablo-Lopez, 43, a Mexican citizen who lived in San Juan.

The federal government deported Pablo-Lopez on April 1, 2011, through Laredo.

“The defendant claims to have illegally re-entered the United States on or about May 10, 2011, by wading the Rio Grande River at or near Hidalgo, Texas,” according to the federal criminal complaint against him.

Pablo-Lopez’s criminal record includes cocaine, drunken driving and burglary convictions in Hidalgo County.

In August 2010, a grand jury indicted Pablo-Lopez on the charge of burglary of habitation with intent to commit a sex offense, a first-degree felony.

Pablo-Lopez struck a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to burglary of habitation, a second-degree felony. State District Judge J. Jaime Garza sentenced him to two years in prison.

Pablo-Lopez is now charged with illegal re-entry.

Court records don’t list an attorney for Pablo-Lopez, who remains in federal custody and couldn’t be reached for comment.

Prosecutors in the Southern District of Texas, which includes the Rio Grande Valley, filed 338 new immigration cases in October, according to the latest data published by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University. Only the Western District of Texas had more new immigration cases.

The McAllen Division, which covers Hidalgo County and Starr County, handles a significant portion of the workload.

All three district judges at the federal courthouse in McAllen handled more than 40 new immigration offenses in October, placing them among the top 10 nationwide.
