I wouldn't bet that NY limits the licensure to drive only... they seem to want to be on the extreme tip of the progressive sword, which is saying a lot with the west coast out there. Please don’t start with the local stuff either because residents only vote when it has a direct effect on them. Instead of worrying about transgenders in the military or abortion laws how about the President leading the change with the immigration laws he always bitches about?
