Thoughts?

For Bridgewater and the Jet's 3rd overall? I'd do it in a minute. However, I don't think they would without more draft picks. I think the jets are in a good spot, not ideal but in really good position to get their QB.

yea it's not going to happen - most likely scenario is that they give up the 4th pick for good chunk of draft picks from Buffalo.

Why would Cleveland do that? If they wanted him that bad wouldn't they have just outbid us in Free Agency?

Like someone said above, if Browns wanted Teddy than they could've just signed him by outbidding us.
Also, pretty sure we can't trade someone we just signed. If that's the case, we should try to sign Suh & trade him. Hell with all the cap we had, we should thrown money at a bunch of high free agency talents, just to trade them.
Thats bad business and not really too realistic though.
If we want #1, it's going to take our 3rd and next year's 1st.

Only trade I could see is sending one of next years no 1, Adams, Maye, or Lee to CLE or NYG to flip picks.
and I don't want to do that.

no matter what trades happen around us, the Jets will be guaranteed to get 1 decent QB. Or I should say, at least 1 QB will be available to us.
Jets better not shit the bed.

Mac must feel it will be Darnold to Browns, then either Chubb or Barkley to Giants leaving us with Rosen or Allen. Only trade that would hurt is if Giants trade to Denver or Buffalo for the kinds ransom, and even then that leaves us with a QB that Mac is comfortable with.
