I had a question about the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Does anyone know how the home team is designated when the teams play on neutral courts? Is the home team designated by seeding, i.e., high seed is the home team with the tiebreaker being overall record in the event two teams with the same seed meet? Thanks in advance to anyone who knows and can straighten me out on this.

I believe higher seeding is the "home team" but no idea what the tiebreaker would be for the Final Four or the Finals, which should be the only times two "same seeds" potentially meet up.
