i waited 53 years but i finally got the fuck out of new york
connecticut isn't wildly better but it is definitely better. but i still have new york genes so i like to annoy my new ct neighbors by asking them how soon they think i'll feel like a true "nutbagger"
they get all cunty and defensive and remind me it's "nutmegger"

So Long Island or Jersey what would you pick ? I left Long Island for the Hudson Valley with a stop in Brooklyn in between, and love it here. Except for the taxes and the Gov who only thinks of NYC. |
