"The alleged battery of an unhoused member of our community is completely unacceptable. Mr. Gwin will face appropriate consequences for his actions,” District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said in a statement.

Despite her frequently hostile behavior, Gwin said he had a soft spot for the woman and had let her sleep in the entryway of his gallery for multiple days. He had called social services and police in an effort to get her help, but found they let her back out after several days and she returned.

An additional charge was filed, since the water that the defendant used was not filtered by a Brita pitcher or similar refillable and recyclable BPA-free container.

He must have been lonely in jail. He was probably the only one there since no one else seems to get arrested.

San Francisco officials couldn’t help remove the belligerent homeless person from the sidewalk. They did however arrest the business owner that was spat at, had his trash dumped out by the homeless person. We are truly living in “bazaaro world”.
