As far as San Fran, Seattle and Oregon are right there, with NYC racing up from behind to re-gain its 80's 90's status. What praytell do they all have in common. Cant quite put my finger on it. Someone sane has to step up. It was the OK corral back then. I remember the one summer we lost something like 10 kids to just being in the cross fire of the fucking miscreants. People of NY need to not let their local gubbermint screw them over again. I think turning it around, Like Rudy did, will be impossible this time around. |

Someone sane has to step up. It was the OK corral back then. I remember the one summer we lost something like 10 kids to just being in the cross fire of the fucking miscreants. People of NY need to not let their local gubbermint screw them over again. I think turning it around, Like Rudy did, will be impossible this time around. I am sure you remember - that program in the late 80's to put fake glass windows with flower-pot decals in some of the derelict buildings - lol. I remember the first time I saw them, sitting in traffic on the Deegan in the Bronx, thinking 'wtf is that???'.... |

Pretty much every thread in the Hampur involves Florida.
As for SF I saw that the LA Times and NYT were covering its transition into a literal shithole. So it is no longer a "right wing conspiracy".
Why is it some of these progressive paradises (SF, SEA) who claim to care the most for the "little guy" have such terrible homelessness and sanitary conditions? I was watching the local news last night and there is backlash now in NYC over those internet kiosks because the homeless people are hoarding them and millennials cant charge their phones. The horror.
