Its the oldest story in the book. Happened in NYC too, I lived through it. Thousands of minorities under 20 killed in the 80's-90's and you never heard shit about it, until a Republican took control and brought it under 1000 and was accused of being too tough enforcing the law in minority communities. Cannot make it up. Bury child after child until a cop fucks up and then its full on war against LE. Unlike New York when I was growing up and it was just as bad, Chicago is the most segregated city in America that I have ever seen. It's like 2 cities. One beautiful great nightlife safe neighborhood great restaurants hotels attractions parks everything. That's where all the liberals live who complain and protest all the time. The otherside pretty much reminds me of where I grew up. The criminal organizations are in charge and teenagers run wild on the streets with guns trying to make a name for themselves with the higher ups. The difference is the Gang mentality here that has existed since really Capone. There is no 1 ruling class above all hierarchy. The five families don't exist out here. So there is literally nothing these gangs fear. Chicago needs a 2 cops on every corner strategy like NY had. And they need the feds first to get that implemented. It's a cartel run city the drugs literally just pouring in. And the liberals in Lincoln park or anywhere else could give 2 fucks. They care about trump grabbing a pussy while a 12 year old was walked to his death in a back alley as revenge. Not even a whisper about it. The good thing there are hardworking people in those neighborhoods too and they woke up a while ago when Obama left them swinging in the wind. They do not like his ass here. It's easy to blame the whole neighborhood and say why not just move. But I been to the churches I've spoken at jails to to teens and their parents and I also grew up the same way. You get numb to it. And in reality you're just to broke to go anywhere. Your plan is just pay the Bills get through the day, stay out of the way. Unfortunately doesn't work.
Chicago's bright idea was to tear down the housing projects like we have all over ny where 90 percent of the gang activity was bottled in. That was their idea. When those massive projects all over the city came down the gangs spread out all over neighborhoods on the Southside. Now they have no answer for it or what to do. It's a fucking war zone and Any person you talk to from there not related in gang activity would weep with relief if they saw the military pull up one day. The liberal leaders wouldn't and that includes the bullshit artist preachers and community organizers that are in the pockets of the gangs. Meanwhile everytime you hear about Chicago its protests on miracle mile against Trump marching over kavanaugh or any other dipshit liberal fucking imaginary injustice. People are pretty woke up around here. I saw a pastor get his ass whipped when he started preaching shit about midterms and some old man got up like him Mora talking mid terms midterms motherfucker you think we give a fuck about a midterm my second grandchild is fucking dead and you got midterms
