An extraordinary group that is overturned at a nearly 80% clip on appeals.
Go ask some lawyers who argue in federal courts if they know who appointed the judge(s) they are arguing before. They always know.
There is a reason why the left runs to 9th Circuit judicial activists just like there is a reason the NFLPA runs to Minnesota to see Doty.
And if they Dems thought judges were independent then why the hell did they fight Trump's appointments so fiercely?

And Kavanaugh was among the most moderate of Trump’s candidates (sided with Merrick Garland in 95% of his rulings). Can you imagine if he would’ve nominated Amy Barrett (which will probably happen anyway within 2-3 years)? They would’ve/will accuse(d) her of eating puppies while simultaneously blowing Hitler and gesturing racial slurs. |
