One suggestion I saw was Trade our 1st rounder plus Anderson for their 2nd and AB. Seems steep to me.

We need to build our o line up. Sam was on the run constantly last year and throwing loads of dump passes. Just my opinion but I think trading for Brown would be a bad idea for a young rebuilding dysfunctional team like the Jets.

Trades, quick question for you. Just want your honest opinion.
You obviously like AB and there is no doubt that he is a great player and there is also no doubt that he has a bit of a volatile personality.
Simple question. If the Jes traded for him, what do you think the odds are that it would end badly?

If the Jes traded for him, what do you think the odds are that it would end badly? I find him intriguing but I honestly want no part of him on the Jets. I put it at about 80% chance that it would end badly. If he was a Free Agent then I would consider it but not if we drop out of the first round to get him. I don't want Bell either. I just know they are the top 2 "available" players right now and we will be in the conversation for both.

If this was next March instead of this March, maybe, just maybe we should be interested. We need Oline help more than anything right now. Plus Sam would be going into his third year and really "own" the team from a leadership stand point. He does not need a shitbag, but very talented, WR testing his leadership. Sam does not need that nor do the Jets.

I didn't realize that AB was involved in a domestic abuse case. Maybe that will make sure Maccagnan stays away from him. That was his excuse for not even looking at Hunt. We should probably send that article to his wife.

I would think at his age, he'd want to go to a contender, or close to it. Although who knows, he and Jerry Rice seem to be putting the 49ers out there as a possible landing spot?
I wouldn't be giving up our first for him, that much I know, even with a second coming back. We need to build the OL, to give Darnold time to throw to whoever our future AB is.
