oh fck - that feels a bit sad for some reason
Apparently he had back surgery a few weeks prior - that's an under-noticed source of clots. I wonder if the surgeon had him on blood thinners prophylactically. Damn shame to go so youngish and healthy - I bet he has smaller kids.

My crazy ex GF watched way too much of that show - when we had no cable. I must have soaked in it .....
She also watched Jets games that year. CRIED when the fake spike play happened and then got angry at me when the Jets missed the playoffs ("Why did you make me care about it!!!")

Damn!
Dashed all hope for Buffy The Vampire movie sequel.
For the record, LP was way cooler than Christian Slater. Slater was supposed to be the next Jack Nicholson? WTF happened?

I think because he was only 52 and by all accounts a decent guy. He had 2 kids, 18 and 21. Was engaged to be married again.

Should have stuck to kratom and cannabis for the back pain. Pharma and doctors will kill you.
Of course Its possible he knew too much... Like Bourdain, Cornell, that political fixer's illegitimate sopne from that terrible band Linkin Park and so many others

Massive strokes, as it was referred to, are rarely ischemic. I'm thinking he had a bleed and shift, all she wrote after that. RIHSB

Massive strokes, as it was referred to, are rarely ischemic. I'm thinking he had a bleed and shift, all she wrote after that. RIHSB Very true. The bad thing about bleeds...you usually don’t know that you have one. I unfortunately know this first hand. Back in 2016 I had an adrenal bleed. My hemoglobin level fell to 2.7. (For reference, the threshold for living is 3.0). The docs told my family members that they didn’t expect me to make it through the night. The next day, 3 nice guys visited my hospital bed. We chatted for about 15 minutes and they left. Later, I realized that they were 3 chaplains! So, by all measures, I should have been gone. But, the Good Man has me here for a reason. Moral of the story: anything is possible my friends. And live life to its fullest every day! By the way, scores of young doctors in training are learning about me Bitches. It’s possible to survive a hemoglobin level under 3!
