I know we like to pile on Fatty but I think he destroyed Boomer and Gio. Mainly Gio. His millenial was showing in the aftermath. my takeaway is what a fucking little child francesser is. alleges to be king of the hill and then punches down while losing control and making an ass of himself I agree. And he has been punching down and making an ass of himself for 3 decades. The fact that he hasnt been usurped is more of an indictment on everyone else rather than an accomplishment for himself. And after seeing the video of the exchange you understand why. |

I watched it live and my take was that Boomer and Gio were broadsided that he called and how unhinged he was..hence they really didnt counter-punch. The fuckin guy even began the call with a lie....saying he only heard the show because he was driving his kid to school. He used his kids as well when he fell asleep on the air....first angrily denying it...then blaming it on him being up all night with his kids. He is a chronic liar who believes his own bullsh*t. Even today he began by feigning concern for the Giants rookie who was shot after basically calling him a thug the other day, trying to backtrack on the fact he rushed to judgement so he could bash the Giants. Meanwhile, if it were Andrew Luck who was shot as a rookie, he never would have assumed fault on the part of Luck to prove a point. And yes, I listen....because every other call is a prank and I love that shit. |

They probably were caught off guard but that speaks more to their inability to handle a counter punch. They are front-runners who got out-bullied by an old doosh. Please dont take this as me sticking up for Francesser. I still watch and listen from time to time as well. He is a comedic gold mine. And he is so self-absorbed and pompous that he cant fathom that if he just embraced the gaffes and the trolls he would come out on top even higher. |

Rosenberg thinks he's hipper than hip and a righteous brother when he's just another wannabee, self-hating nerd. Whatever "edge" Kay thinks he gives the show is negligible. Also the incessant ham-handed use of "sound drops" sound effects with no rhyme or reason is fucking annoying beyond belief and proves they need someone with a keen sense of humor and a sense of comedic timing to man that function. I have tried many times to give them a chance ( I really dont mind Kay and LeGreca) but in the end find the prank calls to Fatcessa waaay more compelling, which is sad. |
