I read an article on this maybe someone here can explain the legalese...From what I understand he's been released because a prosecutor "promised" not to charge him during their conversations. I'm guessing this is so he would talk and avoid incriminating himself. My question is: what was the strategy? If you can't use what he says, why make this promise in the first place? Or maybe he was tip toeing a line saying it wasn't an iron clad "legal" promise? He admitted to drugging women before sex but claimed is was consensual in a civil deposition. For some reason he was given immunity for the future in exchange for this. Due to this most legal experts fully expected him to get out. Things like this are why woman are hesitant to come forward. |

I'll say it: I'd rather the NFL go full gay and support this so other dudes can come out and guys won't have to hide this kind of stuff from teammates, rather than wear pink gloves and shoes to support breast cancer. Not saying breast cancer isn't worthy, I think as a league full of males where only 1 dude has the balls to come out, it would help a ton so ther guys/kids not as strong can feel better about it.< Full homo. Football actually is kind of gay. But far from the gheyest sport around...
Lots of really ghey sports to choose from, especially the ladies sports, if you really want to cheer on the ghey instead of the game. It seems the SJW's on this forum prefer the former vs the later. Take pff your pink hats ladies and don your rainbow bowlers, we're going to cheer for the ghey. Anybody that decides to declare their sexual preference (as long as it's the ghey) will be hailed as courageous ad a hero. How fucking stupid society can get?
