Pass on this dude. he def under achieved with Peyton, but what he did that year with tebow was brilliant, delhomme was plucked of the scrap heap, and the Giants defense was always tough to play against. His age and health are his draw backs

His age and health are his draw backs you don't think making the playoffs with Tim tebow as your quarterback isn't a brilliant coaching job? He basically got to the second round of the playoffs with A qb that couldn't throw the ball

Say goodbye to Quinn. We're looking at fucking Marrone as the HC we have to settle for once all leading candidates are taken. We should all know how this goes by now. Strap up and stop your doom and gloom crying already!

Soooo... Elway blows this whole thing up, balks on letting Gase succeed (mistake) - meanwhile Fox PASSES on an interview request with the Jets, and we to date still have NOT requested an interview with Gase.... AND Den is interviewing Quinn....
WTF
We better not lose Bowles to ATL, Quinn to Den, Gase to the 49ers and end up hiring some schlep from CAR.

When it was widely reported that the Jets were Quinn's first choice, the story never made it to any sports news aggregators or anything. I actually only read it from the local writers, even though La Canfora tweeted it. As soon as this Fox tweet was made, Florio could not get a post up fast enough. Fucking sad.

I dont think Quinn is going to want to compete in same division as Pete Carroll and his old team. Jets will be an easier choice for him believe it or not.

I don't get why people think Quinn is going to run off to DEN just because.
Cutting the whole fcking coaching staff is a serious 'rebuild' move - and it likely means players and fat contracts are going to be cut to pare back the roster and perhaps get draft picks. The whole thing screams 'accelerated rebuild'.
DEN has no QB now - I am 99.9% sure Peyton is retiring and 100% sure that he will suck azz if he comes back. So where exactly is the cherry on top that is supposed to draw Quinn to DEN? The opportunity to compete with the Raiders for the worst team in the AFC west?

The Denver coaching staff were told they could look elsewhere for employment but not fired per se.
I think Denver is going to have to ask Peyton to make a decision ASAP. If Manning retires, and Gase stays, he is stuck with Oswieler and some other retread.
Actually, we may lose our top coaching choices and quality QB competition for Geno if Manning retires.Uggh!
