JALEN RAMSEY
DB, JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS
ESPN's Jenna Laine reports the Jaguars are seeking two first-rounders in exchange for Jalen Ramsey.
As they should for a 25-year-old No. 1 corner capable of eliminating No. 1 wideouts. Ramsey requested a trade, but he insisted Tuesday it was not his camp who leaked the news. Ramsey is disillusioned in Jacksonville, especially with the amount of zone coverage he must play under DC Todd Wash. Ramsey has been connected to the Chiefs, but a team source has refuted those rumors. It's looking more and more likely that if Ramsey plays a final game as a Jag, it will be Thursday against the Titans.

Fuck that nonsense
If we make a move for anyone, it should be Trent Williams.
The OL and WR corps should be our top priority for at least the next two years.
I’ll gladly roll with Hairston and Roberts at CB for the foreseeable future if it means we can give Darnold more than a split second in the pocket, open up some rushing lanes for Bell and have at least two receivers capable of creating separation by themselves and not through scheme.

I prefer to keep it and use it to trade to a team that might be desperate for a Qb in April 2020. We need more than one body to make this team even respectable.

I'd be ok with Williams if he came somewhat cheap. He is 31 and not really a future piece of the puzzle.

But if he can give us 3 good years of protecting Darnold’s blindside, it’s well worth it. Would I give up a 1st for him? Nope. But a 2nd I would strongly consider and a 3rd I wouldn’t think twice about. He’s getting up there and has had his share of injuries, but if he’s healthy he’s still arguably the best LT in football.

I'd like to see Edoga get some playing time so we know where he's gonna wind up. Am I the only one that is a little nervous that he's been inactice the last two weeks?

He looked pretty damn good in the pre-season and I actually really liked the selection when Macc made it. Seems like he got a “bad character” rep just for barely nudging a ref while at USC. Kid is a damn good athlete and excels in pass protection. He can’t be any worse than what Beachum showed last night but I still wouldn’t want to put all of my chips on him as our future starting LT. Even so, with a Williams trade I’d put Edoga at RT and slide Shell into RG to replace that goofy, useless bitch Winters who I’ve wanted to replace for years.

I almost shart. Get an offense that can answer score for score, and then Gregg Williams will turn those two into Revis Cro II.

Leo for Trent has to happen yesterday. Leo doesn’t have any trade value. Who is giving up anything more than a late round pick for a zero impact DE who is making $14 million this year and is going to be a FA at the end of the season?

Shut up. I can dream at 530am. Dream about trading Leo for new goalposts. It would bring a freshness to New Jersey; like a 55 gallon drum of Febreze.
