I have never donated but I would assume that a contract was signed that stated it was a one time payment. I don't see any way to shake down the bank or families that benefited from your donation. If I was the donor I wouldn't be contacting anyone. If he wants to be contacted just to see the product of his donation then do a DNA test like 23 and me and it will allow the kids to see who their father is if they take the same brand of test. Then, if they are interested, they can make the first move.
