@richcimini Kacy Rodgers to the Jets is happening. He'll be Todd Bowles' defensive coordinator. #nyj

We may need to win vs. Buffalo in 9-6 type games. Yep. True to Rex's from, the jets will be down 6-0 with 3:27 left, and we'll use Rex's shitty time/clock management skills along with our 3 time outs and the 2:00 warning, against Rex's 0 timeouts left, and kick 3 field goals in three successive possessions (after EJ or Mark throws an INT on one, fumbles the ball on the other, and has a delay of game penalty on 4th and inches and a subsequent sack to turn the ball over on possession).
We win!
(I'm so fucking happy to start this thing over from scratch.)
Don't forget about 12 men on the field...at least twice...

Son of Bob Slowik, long time NFL coach and former DC for Chicago, Cleveland, Denver and GB. Young Ryan has obviously impressed Coach Bowles if he is bringing him to the Jets as a position coach. He's been a quality control guy and assistant DB coach for the Cards for the past few years.

If Rex gets Dunbar, we are fucked when it comes time to play Buffalo. Their d-line is insane as it is, and Dunbar will only make them better. We better get a QB and fast.

I had to read it over a few times myself. I guess he is saying we have to have a great quarterback to light it up to overcome this incredibly mighty force known as the Buffalo Bills defense?

Couldnt to be that the DL coach in Buffalo was better or as good as Dunbar. why do people whine the "we're fucked" routine every time someone is signed to another team in the division

@davehydesports 22h22 hours ago Kacy Rodgers was best Dolphins position assistant for years. His players consistently developed. And now Jets have him.

Over at lolphins message boards the fans are pissed. Not only did the Jets hire Bowles, a guy they wanted to take over after sparano, but also took their best coach on the current coaching staff. Rodgers has been hailed as fantastic coach and the fans love him. You don't survive multiple coaching staffs without being a damn good coach after all. Love the how the pieces are falling for the coaching staff so far. Curious to see how the rest of the staff is filled out. I know the Atlanta DB coach is also coming here but waiting to see who else follows Bowles over to NY.

Fins had three Pro Bowlers on the DL under Rodgers. NONE was a high draft pick. Starks was a 3rd round - Solial (sp) was 4th and Cam Wake was of course famously undrafted and had passed through at least a few teams hands before ending up in Miami. That's a decent track record. I'd like to see a guy who can get something good out of Coples . . .
