The only QB I have ever seen succeed with average weapons is Brady. So odds are we will be back in the QB lottery this year and again in 3 years.
But im not going to defend Sam. Gonna treat him just like I did Sanchez. And like Sanchez there are things he does poorly that are solely on him.

No doubt Darnold has not been good, but a lot of this is on the coaching staff. Shocking how Darnold was better under Bowles than he has been under Gase.

But I also think Sanchez himself was more talented. Coaching destroyed Sanchez. He went to 2 huge games his 2 first year's against the leagues best qb to ever live. I'll always appreciate Sanchez for those memories even though we didn't get to the bowl. Darnold is better in Buffalo sure. But as good as Allen is doing. Thats doubtful. But I'll agree on treating him like Sanchez because his coaches have been the absolute fucking worst. So it's not all him |
