Shitty human shits self, kills other humans

I did this race three years ago, really enjoyed it, but there were a few sections which were a bit sketchy (highway shoulders). Guessing she hit them on one of those sections. Either way, she's a trash human. She actually admitted she knew she hit the cyclists, but couldn't stop because of the runs. Of course, she's lying. Even screwed her story up by saying she had been given fentanyl the day before in the hospital (opiates decrease motility, aka bind you up).
