And that's one of his biggest downfalls as a coach. Loyalty to shitty, over the hill players. Loyalty to shitty offensive coaches that he constantly surrounds himself with. The guy is a fucking idiot. You can like his personality and charisma all you want. Still doesn't change the fact that he's essentially a glorified DC. And it's not like a good DC is what Buffalo needed to take the next step. They had the 10th ranked defense under Pettine in 2013 and the 4th ranked defense in 2014 under Schwartz. Hey as a coach I agree with you 100%. The loyalty was one of many shortcomings. I'm happy as anyone and he's gone ,but I was separating the person from the coach, rex definitely seems the type once you're on his side you're on his side if you act like a drunken asshole and start a fight at a bar he'll have your back. Loyalty or true loyalty is a hard commodity to come by nowadays. Maybe he reminds me too much of some of my knuckleheaded friends that are loud and obnoxious but when you peel the layers off have a really good heart. I'm sure some you have people you work with that aren't great at their jobs and frustrate you,but still good people,That you could grab a beer after work with. As people have said before id have a beer with Rex. Don't disagree at all... But that's also not the guy you want running shit. Baltimore was smart not to fall for him as HC. Now I finally understand why. This is just crazy. The man is probably the best DC you could possibly want to find, but he is just far too stubborn for his own good. Or maybe it's loyalty, but how fuckin far does he go back with Lee and Lal?! He's trying to prove a point but he's only gonna hurt his own pride at this point.

Rex is either an idiot or his is doing all these guys a solid so they dont have to move their families again. Wonder what Bills fans are saying about this. He's an idiot. He just hired Aaron Kromer, the former Bears OC who told a reporter that the Bears were having buyers remorse on Cutler anonymously. Woulda thought he would have learned after Pettine. Well at least it's not a former Jet hire.

And people honestly thought that Rex was going to turn some kind of corner, realize his mistakes, and become a better coach? David Lee, Tony Sparano Jr. and Sanjay Lal... Good Lord It's really crazy. Rexis definitely not cut out to be a HC. And Buffalo won't be able to bring themselves to fire him any time soon. Just like us. This guy is just stubborn as can be. The Bills will continue our downfall. They have no idea either. Rex has some fuckin Jedi mind control powers or something. LOL I'm so glad he's gone. It's not Jedi Mind Powers, it's the simple fact that many NFL owners have inherited all of their money, and therefore have accomplished nothing to validate them as men. When Rex befriends them, it's a taste of popularity and testosterone they've never been able to achieve individually. It's intoxicating. 90% of the time it works every time. I'm glad that Woody is finally making moves that benefit this franchise, so I'll go easy on him for now, but it's undoubtable that he fell for Rex's Sex Panther shtick. I'm glad the pathetic Pegulas exist now for that.

At this point, does anyone think that Sanchez is NOT Buffalo bound? Please tell me, I have bridge to sell you in Kansas...

At this point, does anyone think that Sanchez is NOT Buffalo bound? Please tell me, I have bridge to sell you in Kansas... I am not so sure that Sanchez would want to go to Buffalo. If he goes to Buffalo and fails, he may never get another chance to be a starting QB. I have to think that Mark would want to find the right situation, one where he has a good chance to be successful. Is Buffalo and Rex Ryan/David Lee/Sanjay Lal really the place where Sanchez can be successful. If he has options, I would not be surprised if he stays away from Buffalo.

I'm glad I don't have to worry about that idiot coming back as a coach. I have no idea what Rex is thinking but bringing over Lal and Lee shows how off base he is as a coach. Those two guys are completely worthless. The more telling thing is what this says about Greg Roman. I don't know if Roman has a previous relationship with either Lal or David Lee, but if he doesn't then he's totally going off Rex's recommendation. And that recommendation seems to be that two key assistants from one of the NFL's worst passing attacks over the past 3 years should be working under you as the OC. Anyone going with REX clearly doesn't register very high on the brain waves anyway. Good riddance to all of them.

Gonna be pretty damning to Rex if Sanchez declines... He would be the guaranteed permanent starter no matter what.

Once put in the spot light, he eventually fails. Philly was no flike.

I think it would be better long term for his career to go to a more QB friendly environment as a back-up and wait for the opportunity than to start again in Rex's offense.

LOL Greg Roman is officially a fucking puppet. Rex and the rest of the dumbfuck failures of the Jets past are going to be running that offense. Good luck, Buffalo. But hey, at least you'll have those weekly press conferences to keep you entertained. Lolz Buffalo is in for some lean times.
