Philip Rivers? Brady won't come back.. Matt Ryan?
We can't go through a year of Z Wilson. Team is too good.

If SF had made the SB last year, Rivers was set to join the team. He’s even older than Rodgers, but has forty kids to feed and who knows …
Matt Ryan def lost some gears but was far better his last, mediocre season than Zach has ever been.
This team can go farther than any team since the prime Rex years. They just need capable QB play

Probably none with the cap situation, no?

Probably none with the cap situation, no? Some say we have $20M, I see $9M. They can manipulate the cap. Is there any old QB that would want to play behind this line?

There's no replacement for Rogers. He was the one piece of that puzzle we couldn't lose for the window of opportunity we had...for 4 fucking plays.
Go get a body or 2 from xfl or arena league cause we're gonna need it. Dallas should be fun.

I think any serviceable QB would win with this team if the Oline can solidify.

Here's a novel idea; trade for the best OL you can and roll with Wilson. Let's be honest here, Rodgers looked shaky back there on all three plays. The common thread is the OL, and with a competent one, Wilson will look competent as well.

Wilson just needs to be Mark Sanchez Part Deux. Lean on Hall and Cook, let Garrett Wilson be the dominate receiver he is. Let the D tee off on opposing offences week after week. Let's hope something is salvageable. They could have had Derek Carr.

Need a lot of plays designed for a quick release against the Dallas pash run and hopefully Hall, Cook and Carter can run against them.

I would also have some WR screens, short drag routes and End Arounds with Gipson and Hardman. Make use of their speed

I equate it to a game of poker, you have to play out the hand you're dealt. I know the fans and media in NY will turn on Wilson quickly if he fails to execute and move the offense. He doesn't have to be a superstar, just make good decisions. If he does that, there will be opportunities in the passing game, so opposing defenses cannot key on Hall and Cook. This season is far from over. There's just too much talent on this team to sulk, fold the tent and go home. I hope and pray Wilson plays well against Dallas and buys some good will, and patience from the fans and the media. Everyone knew this was a tough schedule with Dallas, the Eagles, KC, Chargers, Miami and the Bills again at Buffalo even with Rodgers behind center. I don't think Rodgers is the type of guy to say f it and sit home while rehabbing and will be there to mentor Wilson. The big question is, will Wilson be able to progress and execute. I don't know how this would work but I'd like to have Rodgers be the guy talking to Wilson in his headset on the field.

No one out there, save Brady, is going to be enough of an upgrade to justify bringing them in. The OL is an issue, hopefully they get things fixed there and Rodgers does what you said.
