Who are you hoping the Jets pick? Who are you hoping they avoid? Trade up or trade down?
I'd love to see us land Odunze @10. Watched a ton of his games this year and he is a natural....great speed, size, and incredible hands. Academic All American with tremendous production throughout his career.
If they go OT I hope it's not Latham.
We're in a good spot if there ends up being a run on QB's.

The Jet’s won’t try to trade up. At least not in the first round. My pick comes down to the following. If Rome Odunze / WR Washington, slips to 10, the Jets will take him. If Rome Odunze isn’t there, they will try to trade back. If they trade back, they will take Taliese Fuaga / OT Oregon State. If they don’t get Odunze and can’t trade back, they will still take Taliese Fuaga.
Hoping: Odunze Avoid: Trading up Up or Down: Better chance they trade down
Who will they actually get? Rome Odunze

Oline is what we need. Our OTs are ancient and injury prone.

i'd go long snapper, backup punter, gunner

Oline is what we need. Our OTs are ancient and injury prone. Despite my pick, I completely agree. But I think there’s an obvious push to roll the dice & go all in for this season because Rodgers window is closing. So if one of the top 3 receivers falls to them, I think they take him. And despite all the chatter, I do not think they will take Bowers. That said, it’s the Jets so they may take a projected second rounder with an injury history with the 10th pick.

For me going All In means protecting him first. Rodgers should be able to do his magic already with Hall/Williams/Wilson + Ruckert/Conklin. And Run game should be more effective this year...possibly

But I’ve had this feeling all along that they think they fixed the line already. But age & injury scares me. I just think if one of the big three receivers is available, they won’t be able to resist it. And I think Odunze will be there. What I really want is to trade back a little & still get O-Line. That possibility if the WR is available at 10.

O-Line with #10 unless a very favorable deal can be made. That being said, if JJ Mccarthy is there or one of the big name WR's, i.e., Harrison or Odunze that complicates things. No trade ups but a trade down (not too far) would be acceptable. Not sold on Brock Bowers if he is there at #10 based on the Jets history of drafting TE's. I want a Linebacker and center with the Jets two picks in the 4th round and move would like Tippmann to guard. Possibilities for center are Limmer; Van Pran or Bortolini. Also, I want Sam Hartman QB/ND with one of the Jets late picks, i.e. round #7 to sit behind Rodgers for 1 - 2 years and learn from him.

Only player I move up for is Alt. Otherwise best player at 10 of OT, WR or Bowers in that order if there are no decent trade down offers.

Good luck to the Bears on their USC #1 QB pick, Caleb Williams. Maybe he'll fall to the Jets at #10. Third time's the charm.

But I’ve had this feeling all along that they think they fixed the line already Just like last year. Either JD or Saleh were like, "We got a great line and no need for a back up QB, super bowl baby!" I want Tackle but we know the history..
