When asked if it was easier to grip and throw the ball because it was deflated on a radio show this morning TommyGirl just laughed. Guess the yearly accusations are just funny at this point, he's tired of denying To quote MLK: "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." The Pats* just hope people will ignore this stuff and it will go away. LOL, very timely

What is the tactical advantage? Isnt the ball the same for both teams? No, the balls are provided to the officials who check them and then turn over custody to the NFL Ball attendant who handles them for each team. So if they were deflated it was either missed by the officials or they swapped them out or something. Right, each team brings their own balls that are prepared for the offense based on league specifications on weight, shape and inflation but the specific preparation of the balls vary. Teams have well-guarded practices used to prepare the balls to improve grip. Only the kicking balls are neutral balls provided by the league and are removed from the manufacturer's packaging at the game. This rule was instituted because teams were bringing in altered footballs for kicking. The NE balls, if the allegations are true, were not properly weighed, were switched out after the weighing, were manipulated by the refs or ball attendant, had intentionally faulty air seals that leaked air over the course of the game, or were unintentionally flawed.

Honestly even if their 'investigation' proves that the Pats* did it, I have no doubt that Goodell will sweep this shit under the rug again. The last thing the NFL needs is two weeks of discussion on this issue leading up to the Super Bowl, and he'll do everything to protect their brand. Apparently not, otherwise he would have immediately squashed the idea that there was any issue/investigation in the first place.

Apparently not, otherwise he would have immediately squashed the idea that there was any issue/investigation in the first place. If somebody on the Colts brought up the issue to the refs or found out from the refs there was a potential issue with the ball then the NFL at least has to say there is an investigation to prevent the colts from saying the NFL swept the issue under the rug without an investigation. The best thing the NFL can do is say there was an investigation but no wrongdoing was found. Which is the expected outcome.

Trickery and Cheating
This is how the Pats organization is viewed nationwide
Oh, the Pats fans will defend them to the end, but deep inside they know they get away with "bogus" sportsmanship.

This will be a long two weeks for the players and coaches alike fielding questions on this and the Ravens game. I just wiped away a tear...

Seriously, how long can it take to determine if the balls had less air in them? WTF is taking so long?

After testing all balls there seemed to be no less air in any of them ,so we burned all the footballs used. Commissioner Roger Goodell

Seriously, how long can it take to determine if the balls had less air in them? WTF is taking so long? It's not just determining whether the balls were underinflated but also going back through the chain of custody from weighing the balls to getting them on the field and determining whether there was any physical manipulation or manufacturing defect in the balls. Oh and time for the payoff to transfer into Goodell's bank account. I think it's too late in the day for a wire transfer to go through.

This damn "holiday" really put a damper on the money transfer services employed by the fucking cocksuckers.
