i dont see the harm in adding a talent like that when you have so much money to spend. the vikings didn't lose because they HAD adrian peterson, they lost because they DIDNT HAVE a qb (not that we do). just because its a passing league doesnt mean you avoid good rbs like the plague Because Peterson is going to be 30 years old, has already carried the ball over 2,000 times since entering the league, and has already torn his ACL and MCL. I'd rather go after a guy like Spiller who was amazing in Chan Gailey's offense, will come cheaper and compliments Ivory perfectly. +1

I'd take him in a heartbeat. He's a pretty classy athlete despite beating in his sons ass. I've been beat like that and worse and I still love and respect my granddad and father. I also didn't repeat those fuck ups.

To answer the question, yes he's one of the best rbs of all time and he certainly can still play. It will never happen though. He gets cut the Cowboys will have him.
