Hey say this for Semene, he has an audience of assholes who agree with his pointless articles. The dumb fucks who will say the Jets were a circus last year. You realize that the Jets WERE a circus last year, right? They finished 4-12. That doesn't make them a circus. It makes them untalented, whatever, it makes them a 4-12 team. The statement makes one a clown though. And if the Jets were a circus, what were the other 5 teams that were worse?

Boy I just heard Mike Westhoff and he has some real issues with Bowles. He was saying that he ran the same scheme in Arizona and how is he going to make adjustments here. He also was concerned about how that defense was run on late in the season. Well Mike if you paid attention about Arizona's defense they were depleted from the get go...he made the most out of the situation and made them over achieve, why? because of coaching. I am really surprised with his comments he seems like a smitten man. I really like Westy I think he's great but you do get the sense that he's a little bitter that he was never a head coach. More to the point, I think he feels bitter that he's not part of the Jets or wasn't brought in as an advisor by Woody.

What a stupid question. How many times can they ask him what his philosophy his and what his personality is like? Jesus Christ these reporters are morons. I started driving out of range during the PC. I heard what is your philosophy then some crap pop music covering up his answer. All I heard was complimentary football which I'm not sure that's enough of a 'philosphy' or even what it is. So what is our team's new philosophy? Is it going to have an identity?

I did hear him say he runs a 3-4 with a little 4-3 mixed in when circumstances call for it so yeah I was wondering what was going to be different. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Also I read earlier that Bowles' Arizona Cardinals defense this year did the most blitzing of any of the 32 teams, I did not know that before and was wondering how people felt about this?

I think the fact that he runs both a 3-4 as well as 4-3 brings continuity to the team which is good. If he doesn't get some quality CB's his blitzing will get eaten up the same as Rex's was. The difference is that Rex waited until 2/3 of the season to adjust and I believe Bowles will make the adjustment earlier. Hopefully we will get him the players needed to make his system work though.

I think Mac realizes that we are CB needy and will hit the FA market hard. Bowles will be given a good opportunity to succeed off the bat. You already got some good pieces in the defense. You got promising players in calvin Pryor and dex mcdougal and two stars on that defensive line in Mo Wilk and Sheldon. If they shore up that offensive line I think there is a good chance that we surprise lots of people next year.

Not only that!! He never even has his head pointed in the right fucking direction!!!! He's always very confused looking out there ETC,ETC, Get rid of this Jagoff NOW!!! +1 he...always looks lost before the ball is snapped, during the play, and after the play has ended. Very frustrating. I gave him a pass earlier on, the NFL game takes time to come into focus for these young players (notably those in the secondary) but he really hasn't progressed too much. He doesn't even look the right way AFTER the play. Always doing a little celebration on the rare occasions he breaks up a pass and he doesn't see the yellow flag behind him.

I think he said something about tough smart football with a balanced attack... nothing too quote worthy. I like his style. Flies under the radar in press conferences, but supposedly isn't afraid of flipping tables in private. I'm getting my hopes way up before he inevitably dashes them in 3 years. Go Jets!
