He's developed guys like Kyle Rudolph and Visanthe Shiancoe. Would like to see what he can do with Amaro Maybe he can teach him to stop dropping the ball when it hits him in the hands at crucial moments in games. That would be good. would you rather have becht? kyle brady? keller? amaro makes yac. those other guys, if they were lucky to catch the ball, always fell down.

I would include Charlie Casserly and Ron Wolf as Front Office Consultants. They did a heck of a job handling this situation...
Imagine we still had ZERO coaches, which would probably be the case had we waited on Quinn. Cant pick and choose when you are the last ones choosing...

I would include Charlie Casserly and Ron Wolf as Front Office Consultants. I was under the impression that they're no longer involved with the team going forward - would be great news if they were though, I'd love for them to give their input during the draft.

Yea, was hoping the same. Just having those two football minds in the Jets draft war room would be a plus.
Feeling really good about this coaching staff. Only one I am puzzled by is QB coach, but I guess in his 3 years with Gailey, gotta trust that he knows a wee bit more than us.

True...although for a guy who hasn't been hired yet (wink, wink) he has already assembled an impressive co-ordinator team in Atlanta with Kyle Shanahan at OC, Raheem Morris at DC and Keith Armstrong as STC. I like the way our coaching staff is shaping up, but Atlanta is going to come out of this OK with Quinn and his staff, I think.

I hope those strength and conditioning guys are good, we've had way too many injuries since Alosi left

Amaro if he doesn't stop drooping the ball will b similar. Which is y we should never use a high pick on a TE. Bring back Mickey Schuller.
