pretty interesting but it just goes to show how stupid the refs really are. maybe if hochuli was more concerned about the game instead of his biceps they'd get it right more often. seems like the refs have been going downhill since they tried that strike a few year ago.

True, but 31 teams do it with creativity and legal formations. One does it by breaking the rules and hoping they only get caught periodically, slipping enough past the officials to impact the game. This is the approach that drug cartels use at the border. Throw tons of product at the border...either through it, over it, or under it. Then let our government celebrate that 30 tons of narcotics were stopped, while 320 tons came through. So all teams who get an illegal formation penalty are like drug cartels. No. Not all teams. One.
