Former USF football player Kevin Patullo, assistant WR's coach with the Titans, will be named QB's coach with the Jets, reuniting with Chan Gailey....
@gregauman
Looked him up, he has never been a QB coach before. Thoughts? Just a Twatter rumor so far so we shall see.

Looks like he played QB at South Florida. I would think Gailey will be very hands on with the QBs and is familiar with him. Not a bad thing to have a few young and hungry types on the staff.

Seems like a meteoric rise for Patullo. Looks like Gailey really rates this guy.
Interesting that Dorrell, who has been a HC, OC and QB coach, wad hired to coach the WRs while Patullo, an assistant WR coach, is being looked at as the QB coach.
But coaches know coaches. If Gailey thinks this guy is a QB coach, I'm not going to doubt it. It's not so long ago that we hired an unknown guy called Pep Hamilton in similar circumstances, and he seems to have done OK for himself.
