Lance Armstrong, Barry Bonds, A-Rod Spring To Patriots’ Defense Over Deflated FootballsNEW YORK—Calling the recent scandal nothing more than a witch hunt, famed athletes Lance Armstrong, Barry Bonds, and Alex Rodriguez issued a joint statement Tuesday vehemently defending the New England Patriots against accusations that the team cheated by using deflated footballs in last week’s AFC Championship Game. “First and foremost, it is irresponsible for anyone to lobby accusations such as these without indisputable proof,” read the statement, which echoed the official stances of Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, Marion Jones, Ryan Braun, Luis Suarez, Ben Johnson, Tim Donaghy, and the entire roster of the 1972 U.S.S.R. Olympic basketball team, all of whom have also staunchly come out in support of the Patriots this week. “It could have been the cold weather, or it easily could have been the result of breaking the balls in during warmups. Plus, what advantage could it have possibly provided? They were heavy favorites to win in the first place. Regardless, Bill Belidick and Tom SparklePony gave us their word that they had no knowledge of any tampering and, quite frankly, that should be enough.” The statement concluded that, should the Patriots be found guilty, one black mark would certainly not invalidate all of their past achievements.

Fagtriots have become a complete punchline overnight. Nobody takes them seriously and it will never go away. They are a caricature, a joke, a circus of the highest order with that lush owner as their ringleader.
And their fans look like the dumbest motherfuckers on the planet. The remotely smart ones don't even wanna act like the Fagtriots are in the SB.. like they don't even exist, in sheer pain and embarrassment. Enjoy this glorious time, Jets fans! It is done. It is OVER! They are a joke and a punchline. A complete farce and the only team the world views as a total joke. The Jacksonville Jaguars have more credibility than they do. And the Hernandez murder trials are just about to kick off! Saddle up folks, It's gonna be a long and glorious ride!

Cheating at chess in a checkers league. Wait. So their excuse is that they deliberately under inflated the ball but just weren't caught till half time? How is that a defense?

Cheating at chess in a checkers league. No they just deflated them every game after they were checked. This is a practice they have employed just prior to the 18-1 season collapse. Ironic that the deflated ball is what allowed Tyree to make the catch with his helmet.

So their excuse is that they deliberately under inflated the ball but just weren't caught till half time? How is that a defense? No. There defense is that they properly inflated the balls but then due to the atmosphere/temperature the balls deflated but the refs did not check them with a gauge. So they have been using illegals balls b.c of the refs negligence. They are the victims here. Get it?

Cheating at chess in a checkers league. I bet no refs ever bother to check and QBs around the league prepare the balls as they like them. Why else would each side get there own balls? I think its a case of no one really cared all that much. Like middle infielders during a double play, sure there supposed to touch the bag while they have the ball...but meh, close enough.

Only the Cheating Scumbags are supposed to have the upper hand. Anything else would just level the playing field.
